Terms of Service

The service

Your US$99 purchase includes one personal online golf lesson and one follow-up review delivered privately through CoachNow. Coaching is asynchronous recorded feedback, not a scheduled live call, and there is no subscription or automatic renewal.

What you provide

You agree to provide usable swing videos and relevant information about your ball flight, strike and goals. A smartphone is sufficient. Clear face-on and down-the-line views are recommended.

Timing

Your first lesson will be delivered within 48 hours after complete videos and information are received. Your follow-up review may be used anytime within two weeks of receiving your first lesson.

Coaching outcomes

Golf improvement depends on many factors, including practice, physical capability and how recommendations are applied. No particular score, handicap reduction or other outcome is guaranteed. Individual results vary.

Payment, tax and refunds

Payment is processed by Stripe. Any applicable taxes shown at checkout are handled through Stripe. Refunds and cancellations are covered by the Refund Policy.

Australian Consumer Law

These terms do not exclude, restrict or modify consumer guarantees or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
