Pure Impact Golf wants the service and timing to be clear before you purchase.

Change of mind

If you change your mind, contact us as soon as possible. A change-of-mind refund may be considered before you submit your swing videos and before personalised analysis has begun. Once personalised coaching has begun or been delivered, change-of-mind refunds are not normally available.

If there is a problem

Please contact us if the service is not delivered as described or there is another problem. We will work with you promptly and provide any remedy required by law.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
