Delivery Policy

This is a digital coaching service. Nothing will be shipped to you.

After payment

After payment, Grant will email you a private CoachNow invitation and simple instructions for sending your swing videos. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not see the email.

Your first lesson

Send face-on and down-the-line swing videos if possible, plus a description of what the ball is doing and what you want to improve. A smartphone is all you need. Your personal lesson will be delivered through CoachNow within 48 hours after Grant receives your complete videos and information.

Your follow-up review

Your included follow-up review may be used anytime within two weeks of receiving your first lesson. Practise the recommended Control, then send an updated swing video through CoachNow.
